Anyone who has an Apple computer (running OS X) can natively save any file as a PDF. I have such a computer, and can created PDFs myself. So if a group submitting documents can make their own PDFs, great. Otherwise, I should be able to handle most other files and convert them myself with little effort. Don't go out and buy a PDF writer just for the sake of this project, it won't be necessary. Andrew Netherton
