And if it hasn't already been mentioned, a wiki is a great way to
organize a newly forming cohousing group.  Central Austin Cohousing
used this one to organize a ton of information.

We have now moved form a public wiki to a private media-wiki based one
that is being used for our current and future organizing efforts.

Thank you for doing this. I hope it will take off. There have been
enthusiastic discussions of this before but the logistics have made it
impossible to carry out -- too much work for an unpaid volunteer and a
website. A wiki looks promising.
