Howdy Friends,I bought a wonderful home in Trillium Hollow Cohousing in Portland, OR for my daughter and her family to live in. They loved living there but my son-in-law got a great job in California, so they moved away more than a year ago. Now I'm selling it, and wanted to let y'all know.
It is a unique freestanding custom-designed hexagonal house (part of the original home on the property, that is the community's Common House--and a wonderful common house it is indeed). The house has three carpeted bedrooms, two baths, and a large carpeted loft. It has eautiful stained concrete floors with radiant heat. All utilities except telephone and cable (gas, electricity, home heating and high speed internet ) are included in your homeowners' dues, at that amazed me. I've asked a community resident and friend to show the place, and if you'll contact me off list by email or phone, I'll give you her contact info.. Visit www.trilliumhollow.org to learn about the community, and check out my ad and see a picture in the Marketplace on the Cohousing Association's website, here to be exact: http://tinyurl.com/2d55wf
