Jennifer, There are probably many, but two that come to mind are: Wastach Commons in Salt Lake City, that seems to have spun off a Waldorf School, and the Tuscaloosa Cooperative Association (now in the formation stage) that may include a school of some sort. Historically, the best example, in my view, was Brooke Farm (1842-1845) just outside Boston. It didn't last long, but had the right idea.
