You're welcome.  I'd like to add that Pacifica is a 46-unit community in
Carrboro (adjacent to Chapel Hill.  About half are now occupied and the
remaining should be occupied sometime this year.  Most all are now painted.
We have 4 single-family stand-alone houses.  All other units are townhouses
or condos.
