At RoseWind Cohousing (www.rosewind.org) in Port Townsend WA there is a 
rental opportunity NOW, for several months, to a year. This would be a great 
way to try out cohousing, and could lead to a chance to purchase the home 
later. Summer weather is mild, local organic food abounds, as do local 
activities for kids and adults. Summer festivals include Fiddle Tunes, Blues 
and Jazz festivals at www.centrum.org. This is a glorious place to spend a 
summer! Rent out your place and come play with us.... 

Home is 2+ BR, 2 full baths, with lots of light and expansive view of the 
central commons. Convenient to the Common House. Two story, can be partly 
furnished. Spacious and in good condition. Pets a possibility, kids a 
possibility. Initial rental is for the summer, with possible extension after 
that for the coming year. Rent $1100 plus utilities. Has solar PV (grid 
tied) and solar hot water. Many flowering plants in the yard. The  rent  
will  be $1100 plus utilities with a  deposit.
