There is a fine home for rent for the coming year or school year, at 
RoseWind Cohousing in Port Townsend WA. RoseWind has nine acres, lots of 
garden space, kid playground, friendly people, good food and music. Port 
Townsend has liberal politics, environmental projects, lots of community 
festivities, organic food, Farmers Market, and is a great place for kids of 
all ages. 

The house is two story, spacious, full of light, 2-3 bedrooms, great views 
onto the central commons, convenient to the common house, 2 full baths. 
Grid-tied solar panels, solar hot water, quality appliances. Can work well 
for a family with a child or two, or with a home business such as massage or 
consulting. Can include use of basic furniture. $1100 plus utilities, with a 
lease till June. Can start in mid August, possibly sooner. Next June, the 
house might be available to buy.
