Eugene, Oregon is developing a mixed use project with housing above  
and commercial spaces on the first floor.  But the commercial spaces  
will be sold as commercial condos and not be part of the cohousing  
community.  I guess that is like Oakland which has commercial spaces  
at the street level, completely separate from the cohousing community  
up above.
