Ah, memory fades. He was also on the developer's payroll early on.  
They didn't get along. We then later hired Bion Howard from ASG to do  
some of the project management.

See everyone, how complex this is. A multi-million dollar real estate  
project requires MANY professions in numerous stages of development.
