Hi all!

Any folks out there in the Louisville, KY area looking for a possible  
site for your cohousing community?

This announcement trotted across one of my partner's desk today.   
It's out of our territory.  The site has not been vetted -- we don't  
know any more about it than what's in the description below.  But if  
you are interested you can email us and we can put you in touch w/  
the person handling the transaction.  Can probably get you a couple  
of pictures, too.
