In the past people have posted extremely low HOA dues but they have  
no common house and are lot development models so they have few  
common costs to maintain.

We are maintaining common roofs, common water, common siding, common  
parking, etc. The only costs our homeowners have aside from the HOA  
dues are those related to maintaining the insides of their units.
