  Hi All,

It's been suggested to me to post to the cohousing listserv, so here I
am :-)

I'm writing you on the off-chance that you, or someone you know, might
be interested in what I have to offer:

   2 duplexes (4 condos, which are 2- and 3- bedroom homes) on a 6300sf
lot in Oakland, CA, near Lake Merritt and Highland Hospital.

This property lends itself well to individuals & families who'd like to
live close together/on the same property while maintaining their
independence. And - knowing how long the waiting lists of most existing
cohousing projects are and how difficult & involved it is to start a new
one - I thought this might be an attractive, easy compromise for some.

I'm also currently checking into the possible availability of a -
seemingly adandoned - lot/home abutting mine in the rear and that of my
right neighbor, where the owner of record recently passed away.

So if you indeed happen to know some people for whom this might be of
interest, would you please send them my way?

Details about the property can be found at http://www.highland-haven.com

Thank You so much for your time.

   Helmut
