Cohousing-L Mailing List: market comparison

Hi.  In putting together our business plan I would like to be able to address 
the "market opportunity" for cohousing in our part of New England. I have 
information on the demand for housing gererally and I have been following 
comments on the list about specific sales and wait lists.  Is there any 
resource I can access that would give me information about the demand for 
cohousing more generally?

if there is not, I would be willing to take private responses and collect them 
into a document that others could reference.  Thanks.  liz
