Greetings!

The December 9th Cohousing Getting Started Workshop in Florida is  
less than 2 weeks away and we wanted to pass along some additional  
details. This full-day workshop will take place on Sunday, December  
9th from 9 am to 4 PM. We have reserved the Spoonbill Room at Eckerd  
College Conference Center & Lodge located in St. Petersburg, Florida.  
Workshop attendance will be limited to
30 participants.

Since this is the first time we are holding this workshop on the east  
coast, we are receiving inquiries from people outside of Florida.   
For those of you who are planning to fly to the workshop, the nearest  
airport is Tampa International Airport (TPA), which is about 20  
minutes from the Conference Center.

Zev Paiss, will lead the workshop. Topics covered will include:

* Locating a Potential Property
* Determining the Political, Economic and Market Feasibility of  
Cohousing
* Getting the Word out to Attract your Future Residents
* Organizing the Group to Create the Community
* Building an Experienced Professional Development Team
* Financing the Project
* Site, Home and Common House Design Issues
* Understanding the Cohousing Development Process.

The cost for the one-day workshop is $99and includes a CD of all  
presentation materials and a handbook of materials to help you begin.
