Hello Sharon,

Please elaborate, if you have the energy to do so, or point me in the  
right direction to learn what you wish you had known.  I have been  
going through the Pattern Language-based site of developing  
Neighbourhoods, and there seems to be good guidance there, if one  
works at understanding the information.
