Learning just this week of a 25-unit ALREADY-APPROVED condo project in
Berkeley (i.e. it already made it through the several years of acquisition,
financing, entitlement and public-participation battles) that could become
cohousing and seeing if details can be assembled in time for the regional
bus tour next Sat. Plus learning that Dimond District Mini-Cohousing in
Oakland has completed its TIC conversion so it may start recruiting shortly.
And Triple Point Cohousing is trying to find a buyer for a nextdoor home.
And looking forward to hosting Coho/US board member Dave Wann, author of the
new book "Simple Prosperity," at a series of events next month.

Who just did a table at a Sustainable Silicon Valley event in Palo Alto on
Green Building with the participation of South Bay cohousing developer Tod
duBois, and is forging connections with the Green Chamber of Commerce and
