For communities that keep a supply of coffee, tea, and the like in your CH 
kitchen for general
use not related to meals, how do you pay for those supplies?   

Oak Creek Commons does not have a supply for general use. However, we do have 
bagels, coffee,
and tea every Saturday morning.  This is considered a social expense and paid 
for out of
community dues. There have been suggestions to fund it in other ways 
(donations, monthly charges
for those who participate), but there seems to be a strong community support 
for funding through
dues.
