Cohousing-L Mailing List: Financial advisor/developer/investor/ "angel” needed!

We are a cohousing community that has been meeting for 5-1/2 years,  
and are within arm’s length of reaching our dream (see interim  
website: www.geocities.com/uccoho). We have a strong core group,  
magnificent land, and designs for green-built, solar-powered,  
geothermally-heated and cooled units and Common House. Planning Board  
approval is imminent. Primarily due to the skill and enthusiasm of  
our two member General Managers (GEMs), we have “unintentionally”  
self-developed to this point. In order to go the last mile, we need  
help with financing and/or development.  We are seeking an investor,  
experienced financier or developer to partner with us, help us  
realize our vision, and possibly share in the profit of our hard  
work. We have a extensive Business Plan to share with interested  
parties.
