I think the Document Repository, and the cohousing wiki in general, is 
the best-kept secret in Coho Land. Craig, is there any link to it on the 
Coho/USA web site? I couldn't find one. Maybe if more people knew about 
it, we could get more communities to submit their documents.
I haven't done it yet for Monterey Cohousing because I have to learn how 
to be an editor, create a log-in ID and password, etc. etc. But I do 
have it on my to-do list! And I am referring people there, becasue I get 
a lot of requests for sample legal documents.
(In order to find it just now, I had to go into the Cohousing_L archives 
since I couldn't remember the  URL; only remembered that it existed.)
