Open to third housemate to share large townhouse with two men. With 
pedestrian / bike trail, close to BART commuter rail. We're offering 
a large bedroom and luxurious bath suite. Very large closet in the 
bedroom. The great features of the house include lots of light, an 
open, spacious great room, washer and dryer, ceiling fans and even 
patios for greeting both the morning and the evening. The rental cost 
of $800 includes heat, water, wi-fi internet access and utilities. 
Extra fee for cable TV.

Pleasant Hill Cohousing has a common house, with large kitchen, 
dining hall, living/ media room, crafts work room, solar-heated pool 
and large hot tub. Our village is quiet, serene and 
beautifully-landscaped. Parking space is included. Typical weeks 
offer 2 or 3 shared dinners.

This delightful, friendly neighborhood of charming, amiable people is 
in walking distance of downtown shopping, restaurants and theaters. 
We're not too far from the public library too. Convenient access to freeway.
