For a panel on zoning (and a follow up resource on zoning and  
cohousing) I would love to hear about your project's cohousing issues  
with zoning (if any).

This can as simple as...
there was no zoning in our community to,
we had a zoning ordinance that worked well for us (cites to your  
zoning or copies of the regs would be very helpful), to
we had a problem but we solved it to,
we could not build what we wanted becuase of zoning...
