Dear Folks,

Hope you are enjoying the Summer.   I am writing to offer our lovely  
home to a current or prospective CoHouser.  We live at Cantines  
Island CoHousing, Saugerties, NY.  We are a smallish community,  
seventeen households, mixed ages.  Wonderful gardens. We are in the  
Hudson Valley, the beautiful Hudson Valley, near Woodstock, NY.  Our  
house overlooks the Esopus rapids, birds of all kinds, good fishing  
if you are inclined, great views.  The Hudson Valley is also home to  
the Culinary Institute of America.  We have great food at every turn,  
elegant to very affordable.  And of course now, our Farmers Market is  
open.
We will be away for ten days, July 17th-July 28th.
We invite you to contact us if you'd like to stay in our home part or  
all of that time.
