Today is the day to make your dream of living in community reality.

Cohousing Collaborative, LLC is delighted to announce we have
identified a beautiful site in the town of Clarksburg, MD in the I-270
Tech Corridor, four miles N of Germantown.

This will be an age targeted community for 'boomers age 50 ... and
beyond!  Clarksburg is a walkable town that is master planned as the
terminus for the regional mass transit system.  Cohousing
Collaborative is currently in the due diligence phase of the
development time line for this project.  We extend a special
invitation to those who want to be active participants in building the
foundation for this cohousing community FROM  ITS INCEPTION.  Be a
part of the critical "initial assessment of feasibility" for this
30-40 unit community!
