Cohousing-L Mailing List: rituals or traditions around renters and other newcomers in cohousing

I'm looking for rituals and/or traditions which incorporate newcomers into
cohousing.  I participated in several rituals in my year long sabbatical
visiting dozens of communities.  I'm interested in learning the many ways in
which we welcome and integrate new folks into community.
