I find this an interesting and telling comment.  At Bear Grass Village
in Ashland, OR, we spent some time looking at reworking our consensus
process.  One of our guides was a book of collected essays from multiple
consensus "experts".  From what we could tell from our reading, there
was no single definition of consensus and exactly what it means.
Further, it is apparent to me that the working concept of consensus in a
group is a consensual definition, if you get my drift.  Therefore, every
groups consensus in my mind can and likely will differ depending on the
personalities of the group and how they know and work with each other.
I much prefer this inclusive definition than rejecting all forms of
consensus that don't meet a personal view of the form.
