regarding this years theme: *"Collaborative development + the creative
catalyst."*

For the purposes of the dialogue, *COLLABORATIVE DEVELOPMENT IS DEFINED AS

HOUSING.*The model proposes a renegotiated partnership between
enterprising
architects and design-savvy citizens, in order to diminish the risk of new
construction in a shaky real-estate market, and maximize the creative
excitement of design as a tool for personal, civic, and social empowerment.
