I'm posting this for my neighbor who is selling her 1100 square foot, 2 
bedroom, 2 bath, townhouse.

Pacifica is a 46 unit cohousing community a mile from downtown Carrboro, NC, 
near Chapel Hill. You can find more info about us at 
http://coho-nc.org/pacifica/welcome/index.php. The aerial photos there are very 
old but you can find the floor plan (look for 1100s.f. North Entry) and a site 
map. The unit for sale is #30 in the lower left corner. But the street address 
is 159 Viburnum Way. 

If you are in the area, there will be an open house the weekend of October 24, 
25th. Tom Whisnant, who also lives at Pacifica, is the broker for the house and

AOL.com. He is in the process of appraising the house to establish a selling 
price.

I'm happy to respond to any questions about Pacifica, but don't have any more 
information about the house sale.
