Could you describe the available unit? How big, # of bedrooms, how much is
the rent? Is there a web link for more info?

Also, could you maybe describe more about your forming group - How often do
you meet? How many participants on average at a given meeting? Have you
established a budget? Could you provide a web link for more info?
