Dear Neighbors Near and Far,

We did have one interested- but not purchasing-- person get in  
contact after I wrote that we have one building lot here at Cantines  
Island, Saugerties, NY.

We are in the Hudson Valley, and it is, as Sharon wrote, one of The  
Most Beautiful Places.  Certainly here this is a season of crimson,  
orange, yellow.... it has been a visually fabulous Autumn.
 I would like to let you know that I have since checked and need to  
updat price information.  We are selling this lot for Forty six  
thousand dollars,  if bought by someone who wants to be part of our  
community.   Originally wrote that the price is fifty one thousand.   
Long story.
Anyway, that is our asking price for our Corner Lot.
