Hi All,
The Borough where we have secured land has asked that we work with 
them to re-write the zoning to our needs. We are obviously grateful 
for this incredible opportunity and want to do our best to present 
them with proposed zoning that is concise and fair. Are there any 
folks out there (with legal or zoning ordinance experience) who would 
be willing to review a 5-page draft zoning ordinance to see if you 
see any problems with the text as I have re-written it? Please email 
me off-board, and I can forward a Word document.
