Lots of special events can shift these times, e.g., when our member, Fred
Lanphear, decided to do an ALS fundraiser walk, a bunch of folks
participated and we shifted breakfast to 8:00am. Doing this caused some
stress for those who came at "the normal time."

Sometimes we don't do a great job communicating meal-time changes with those
who are not able/willing to read their Songaia email (just a couple families
here). Songaia uses a number of internal listservs that serve different
subgroups, e.g., our main food email only goes to the 90% of the people who
are participating in our meals program - so others don't get the many emails
dealing with meals/cooking/cleaning/shopping.
