I'd like to hear your experiences around the issue of excluding (banning) a member of a project group, or of an established cohousing if applicable.
I'm finally doing the long promised update of my website Building Community. Most of the site is still in production but I have posted some issues to consider and one example of excluding a member in the forming stage:
http://www.buildingcommunity.info/excluding.htmlI'm hoping to hear about how communities have dealt with evicting people after move in. If you would like to share these off-line, they would be useful to others.
My plan is to write an example that is anonymous and unidentifiable that will probably include pieces of several similar experiences. The only ones I know of were in conventional condos that used the legal process of fines and court cases.
In cohousing people leave because they are unhappy and some community pressure may be involved but are there any examples involving a community process?
