I am seeking a community oriented person to rent the other side of my
duplex. It's not quite a co-housing arrangement, but I would like to share
the garden, tools, meals a couple of times a month, and other resources.

It's also desirable to work towards bringing other people who already live
in this hip neighborhood into this arrangement. So it could organically
evolve into a more cohousing like arrangement.

It is a wonderful bike friendly location a block from 2 buses and a few
minutes from downtown Portland by bike. One block from a bakery, cafes, and
cool shops.

The available space is a large, 2 bedroom 3 level home. The 3rd level is a
private basement. It has natural woodwork, fireplace, hardwood floors, nice
north light, and a lot of vintage 1920s charm and character.

It is available starting March 6th.

The rent is $1350 per month.
