Our community has always had an "Affordability" fund which had the objective of 
being a
revolving fund to assist members to remain or prospective members to join. 
Recently one member
donated money for the creation of a "Leg Up" fund to offer grants of up to $600 
to those were in
financial difficulties and could be helped by this.
