In case you've not already tapped it, almost all of the best known
cohousing-specific consultants are in the Cohousing.org professionals
directory:

Appearing in this directory means that the professional has some
demonstrable experience with cohousing. A great many others are happy to
help you as well, whether on a free or paid basis.

Some of these questions have been addressed in some depth on Coho-L, though
some of the information should be very carefully considered before adopting.
