Re: California "Cohousing friendly" condominiums lenders?

Since this is really critical information to all forming cohousing groups,
it would be a valuable service provided by CohoUS to have a list of
cohousing-friendly lenders regardless of state. That way, when we talk to
our local lenders, we can say here is are lenders who understand and are
receptive to the idea of cohousing. Lenders will probably listen to other
lenders sooner than to local borrowers.
