Oak Creek Commons, TN's nearest cohousing neighbor, recently had a "retreat" 
with an outside
facilitator (Eris Weaver of Frog Song) who has wide cohousing experience.  One 
of the major
subjects was conflict resolution.  During that retreat, a specific conflict 
came up and there
was an opportunity for a "fishbowl" with some of the parties to the conflict 
while being
facilitated by a truly neutral party. The overall sense seemed to be that this 
was a useful and
productive event. 

There might be a greater willingness to have an overall discussion on conflict 
resolution rather
than to focus just on the specific issue you have discussed.
