I'm going to be out of the country from November 3 through November 23, 
and hope to find a person, couple or not-too-big family who would enjoy 
staying in my unit at Swan's Market Cohousing while I'm gone. My place 
is a studio loft with two full-size (double) beds and a comfy couch for 
sleeping, and it comes complete with a sweet little (hypoallergenic) poodle

Swan's Market Cohousing is the most urban cohousing community in North 
America. We are located two blocks from a BART station. BART goes to 
both the Oakland and San Fransisco Airports, and will take you under the 
Bay to San Francisco's Embarcadero in 11 minutes. All of the cohousing 
communities in the immediate SF bay area (seven of them) are here in the 
East Bay, and all 6 of the other communities are readily visitable by 
public transit.

I'd like to be paid $100 total for your three week stay ($33 per week), 
and will also ask that you pay me $3.50 per person for any common meals 
you eat while here (half that for kids), We have three common meals 
every week. Also, we always have a Community Thanksgiving dinner on the 
Sunday before T'giving which this year will be November 21 while you are 
still here. You will be welcome to join in that feast as my guest(s).
