Peter and I had a phone meeting yesterday and we spent about an hour
going through his powerpoint deck - the individual webinar which he is
offering.

I found it interesting to learn more about how Peter and Blue Ridge
Cohousing are creatively addressing the current financial mess.

I think we all hope that banks will return to making loans on real
estate projects which fulfill real needs. In the meantime, its time to
figure out how we move things forward in spite of current conditions.
