Hi all!

Ann Zabaldo, member of the Board of Directors of Mid Atlantic Cohousing (MAC), will be presenting a short program on cohousing and sustainable living for the Northern Virginia Ethical Society on Sunday, Nov. 8 starting at 11:00 a.m. at the Green Hedges school in Vienna, VA.

Address:

Green Hedges School
225 Nutley St. NW
Vienna, VA 22180

Directions:

Cohousing communities are naturally economically, environmentally and socially sustainable. These communities balance private places with community spaces and social capital thus attaining true sustainability. How can you use the principles of cohousing in your own neighborhoods right now?

The presentation will include a mercifully short slide presentation and lots of time for Q&A.

Mid Atlantic Cohousing welcomes opportunities to educate and inform the public about the many facets of cohousing communities especially those surrounding sustainability. We are grateful to the Northern Virginia Ethical Society for making this presentation possible. For more info on MAC: http://www.MidAtlanticCohousing.org

P.S. If you're planning on going on the Walking Tour in Falls Church, VA to see the potential cohousing site and surrounding area later in the day ... come to the presentation in the morning, have a leisurely lunch and then join the group for the "walkabout" in FC!
