Developer driven?
Resident driven?
Professionals involved?
Size of potential site?
Number of potential units?
Any projected costs?
Intergenerational?
Senior?
Adult oriented?
Urban?
Suburban?
Rural?

The more info you can give us on this list the better abel we are to  
answer your questions.
