huh.  I have no idea how diverse cohousing is in general (you said 
"many", not sure what that means), but Mosaic Commons doesn't have 
"vetting", and we have a lot of diversity of economic situation (and 
religion and gender and sexual orientation and family situation and age 
and health and a variety of other axes)
