Hello all,

 

With our community approaching three years of age we are considering doing
some long range or strategic planning. I have identified some good resources
such as the Community Leadership Handbook as well as other tools I have used
in my sustainability work (Natural Step Backcasting, ISIS by Alan Atkisson).


 

Have any of you taken this on as a community? If so could you please share
your experiences as well as any tools that worked well?
