Re: Any urban cohousing architects out there?

We had plans for a 4 story urban condominium project, designed by a local
architect with a pretty good sense of designing for community, but hadn't
done cohousing. We met with him and Chuck Durrett, and Chuck went over the
plans, adding additional community-building features, like places to gather
in the hallways, making sure the front doors opened onto the courtyard, etc.
And of course putting the common house where it would got the most
circulation. The result was a wonderful community design. I highly
recommend Chuck for urban coho design.

good luck!
