If you would like to visit one more community while you are in California, I 
probably can arrange a tour of Nevada City Cohousing. There are 5 units 
available right now! Two 3 BR w/plus room, two 2 BR w/plus room and one 2 BR

Nevada City CoHousing is located a short walk from Nevada City, CA, a quaint 
gold rush town that offers a great mix of small town life with big city 
culture. We are about 2.5 hours east of the Bay area. There may even be a guest 
room available.
