Daybreak Cohousing in Portland has a bike room in our Common House. We have a bike workshop there, and we can house up to 80 bicycles and several kayaks. As this room is below street level, we have a ramp to the street. We have also installed outside bike racks on three sides of our property. Several members are bike commuters.
