The first evening of our annual retreat last weekend was devoted to looking
at our various MBTI types and how those differences play out in our
personal and community lives. The facilitator did an excellent job of
making those types and their differences and how that plays out concrete to us.
About 30 members had filled out their questionnaires and determined their types in advance. As I recall we were more or less evenly divided between introverts and extraverts, but more like 2.5 to 1 for big-picture-don't-bother-me-with-the-details versus what-there's-a-forest?-all-I-see-is-trees.
I imagine this topic would make for an interesting session at the national conference.
