We bought a splendid cart with study wheels and 3 solid shelves  
(meaning no openings for water to drip).  While we need to lift trays  
in and out of the sanitizer, the cart does the rest of the heavy work.

I, too, would prefer a typical dish washer if the number of diners  
were small enough but for our crowd (35-45) it would take many loads.   
And that would take all night.  For us, it wasn't a matter of either a  
dishwasher or a sanitizer.
