Hi all,

Anyone from the South Shore of Eastern MA still around looking for land?
Here's what we know:

The town of Milton, MA is trying to decide how best to use the "town farm".
One possibility is a small residential neighborhood, and cohousing was
mentioned.

The town farm is land donated by Governor Stoughton in 1700 to the town for
"the support of the town poor".  The land can't simply be sold and/or
developed, so a group that fit the right criteria (see here
http://sites.google.com/site/friendsoftownfarm/) would get a lot of local
support, and might get a reasonable price.
