Seaseal,  I am not questioning the usefulness of unions in the past or in
the future; I know history well too, but power can corrupt even unions.  I
just don't think we need to take a stand right now on this particular issue
when we don't know the full background.  If we have a reservation and there
is nobody there to serve us, I for just one, would not object to performing
my share of the tasks at hand, and saving a lot of money in the process,
assuming they cut room rates in half to compensate us for the inconvenience,
and I would vote with those that decide to go ahead and be there rather than
boycott.
